Reviewing the progress of handling Covid-19 in Buleleng Regency. Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Menko Marves, Luhut Binsar Panjaitan visited Buleleng Regency. The visit of the Coordinating Minister for Marves, which was accompanied by the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) Tito Karnavian, and the Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin, targeted the centralized isolation facility (Isoter) of the Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) Dormitory and the implementation of vaccinations at SDN 3 Jinengdalem on Thursday (12/8).
On the sidelines of a series of visits, Luhut said the handling of Covid-19 in Buleleng Regency was quite good, but there were still many things that could be improved. Luhut said that in terms of vaccination, according to him, it had gone well.
"As for the vaccine, I don't think there is a problem, because the vaccine level is already high, at 90%," he explained.
As for the Isoters, Luhut said there are still some shortcomings that can be improved in the future. He is optimistic that the Isoter implementation model in Buleleng Regency can be a role model for other regions in Bali.
In addition, he also appreciated the services of medical personnel to Isoters in Buleleng Regency, because the patients had been treated well until they recovered without shortage.
"Of the hundreds of people who are Isoters, all have recovered, no one has died," he concluded.
Through the visit, Buleleng Regent Putu Agus Suradnyana and Dandim Lt. Col. Inf. Muhammad Windra Listranto explained the current conditions for handling Covid-19 in Buleleng Regency, starting from the number of confirmed cases and recoveries, to technical handling ranging from Isoter procedures and vaccinations. After that, the ministerial entourage also visited vaccinations at SDN 3 Jinengdalem.
After the visit to Buleleng Regency, the ministerial entourage headed back to Denpasar. Three Ministers on Thursday 12 August 2021 visited Buleleng in the afternoon.

During his visit, Luhut Binsar Panjaitan asked the Covid-19 Handling Task Force in all regencies/cities in Bali to provide centralized isolation places for people who are confirmed positive for COVID-19 with mild or asymptomatic symptoms.

This is because the Reduce Reuse Recycle (TPS 3R) Waste Processing Site "Kussadari" in Temukus Village, Banjar District has been inaugurated by the Regent of Buleleng Putu Agus Suradnyana, ST, which was marked by beating the gong and signing the inscription, Wednesday (11/8).
In his speech, the Regent who is familiarly called PAS said that the waste problem is a problem that must be addressed by all levels of society. The development and growth of an area can be seen from the waste management parameters and the results that have added value in terms of 3R (Reduce Reuse Recycle). “In my opinion, the name TPS-3R Kussadari has a deep philosophy. The point is Kussadari can make people aware of cleanliness and improve environmental sanitation as well as preventative matters in the health sector,” he said.
Furthermore, the PAS Regent emphasized to the Perbekel, Prajuru, Bendesa Adat, and Petajuh Desa Adat to socialize the existence of TPS-3R Kussadari, so that all people feel they have and optimize the functions of this TPS-3R.” In Buleleng, there are 24 TPS-3R assisted by the center and 14 are made by the Buleleng APBD.
