Java-Bali PPKM Ends Today, Coordinating Minister Luhut: Continued with Level Reduction
The implementation of the Java-Bali Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) ends today, Monday (6/9/2021). Previously, the government decided to extend the PPKM period from August 31 to September 6, 2021.
Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Menko Marvel) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan explained that the implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) will continue to be followed by lowering levels.
"If the Covid situation improves, of course, the PPKM level will be lowered to a low level where levels 2, 3, and 1 will approach a normal life situation," Luhut said in a virtual statement, Monday (6/9/2021).

Thus, Luhut as the Java-Bali PPKM Coordinator said PPKM would continue to reduce the rate of addition of cases and improve health services.
"PPKM will continue to apply as long as the pandemic still exists because this is our tool to balance Covid-19 on the economy and employment," he said.
According to Luhut, the public must be grateful because several countries have experienced an increase in cases, while in Indonesia there has been a significant decline. Even so, you must remain vigilant and apply strict procedures. If not, the chances of Covid-19 cases increasing again.
State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) are now busy expanding their business to internet service providers.
What is the next plan for SOE Minister Erick Thohir?
As is known, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk through its subsidiary PT Jasa Marga Related Business (JMRB) provides internet services.
There is also PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk or PGN which has an internet business under PT Telemedia Dinamika Sarana with a brand for its internet products called Garnet.
Next, PT PLN (Persero) entered the internet business through its subsidiary, PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+). Through its subsidiary, this stun SOE gave birth to a full fiber-optic broadband internet service product under the name Iconnet which was launched on May 31, 2021. Previously the brand was known as Stroomnet.
SOE Minister Erick Thohir also plans to consolidate state-owned companies in serving internet service providers.
This was emphasized by Erick following the entry of several state-owned companies into the internet service business line, which was previously run by PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) through IndiHome.
"Indeed, there are records of how some state-owned enterprises are developing their businesses outside of clustering," said Erick in a Working Meeting with Commission V of the DPR, Monday (30/8/2021).
"Honestly, there are one or two SOEs that we are currently investigating, one of which is in our internal discussion because there is a weekly rapid (leadership meeting), regarding ICON+ with Telkom (IndiHome). So, we will do this," said Erick.
Therefore, according to Erick, there needs to be business consolidation between SOEs that have the same line of business.
"Because of course all this time why have we explained from the beginning, when we consolidate between SOEs that have hotels we consolidate, if we look at hospitals we also consolidate. cooperation," said Erick.
BCA customers, it is important to take this step immediately so that Phase 4 BSU is liquid
The Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) will distribute Phase 4 of the Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU) funds starting this week to workers.
At least about 1.8 million employees and workers will get BSU. However, amid the joy of waiting for the additional balance to be added to the beneficiary's account, there are still restless workers out there.
The restlessness is none other than the certainty of getting BSU or not, considering that their bank accounts are not state-owned banks, such as BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and BTN, all of which are included in the HIMBARA network.
This can be seen from some of the netizens' comments on the @Kemnaker Instagram account uploaded. Did BCA get any money, is it only for state-owned banks?" write account @apriab.pmngks.
"How long are you waiting for the status of the candidate minn, (private bank)," wrote the account @shintiapus12.
"When will BCA liquidate, seriously @kemnaker???" write the account @restinaikadianingsih.
"When will BCA liquidate," wrote the account @bung_david. The government said that workers who have BCA accounts or other private bank accounts can still get BSU.
BPJS Employment and the Ministry of Manpower will facilitate non-HIMBARA workers to be able to open collective bank accounts at red-plated banks.
Then, what should be done so that a collective account can be made immediately? So, to make HRD work easier and more successful in filing, workers should prepare some of the necessary data, namely:
1. Resident registration number (NIK)
2. Full name
3. Place and date of birth
4. Address
