 Several DTWs in Buleleng Have Received Care Protect Barcodes

Several Tourist Destinations (DTW) in Buleleng have received the PeduliLindung application barcode. It was observed today that the Buleleng Museum, Gedong Kirtya and Penimbangan Beach have installed barcodes to screen visitors early to prevent the transmission of Covid-19.

"Today we visited the Buleleng Museum, Gedong Kirtya and Penimbangan Beach. All of them have installed the PeduliLindung application barcode," said the District Secretary. Buleleleng, Gede Suyasa, while monitoring the PeduliLindung application at Weighing Beach, Tuesday (5/10).

Sekda Suyasa said, several things become our notes in the installation of barcodes.

"Installation of the barcode must be adjusted to the place, so that visitors are not confused about where to find the barcode. Especially at Penimbangan Beach, with such a large area and the entrance has lots of access so that the barcode is installed at several points," he said.

It was further explained that of the 23 DTWs who had submitted the QR Code PeduliLindung, 15 DTWs had been activated and 8 were still waiting for barcode activation.

Meanwhile, one of the restaurant employees at Penimbangan Beach, Vita Ratnasari, said that the restaurant had installed a barcode and prepared our employees to direct visitors to scan the barcode.

Also present at the monitoring were Assistant II of the Buleleng Secretariat, Ni Made Rousmini, Head of Communications and Information Technology of Buleleng, Ketut Suwarmawan and Head of Pol PP, Putu Artawan.


Monitoring and Evaluation of the Application of Care to Protect, the Buleleng Covid-19 Task Force Monitors several DTWs

The Buleleng Covid-19 Task Force is intensively monitoring the use of the PeduliLindung application to prevent the spread of Covid-19 as an initial screening of visitors entering public service facilities and tourist destinations (DTW). This was stated by the Coordinator for the Data and Information of the Buleleng Covid-19 Task Force, Ketut Suwarmawan, S.STP, M.M when providing information on the development of Covid-19 in his office, Tuesday (5/10).

Furthermore, Suwarmawan, who is also the Head of the Kominfosanti Office, explained that the use of the PeduliLindung application is important to check the health status of visitors who will enter public places or tourist areas.

"A few days ago several SKPDs and schools were monitored by the Buleleng Covid-19 Task Force, today three DTWs are being monitored, namely Gedong Kirtya, Buleleng Museum and DTW Penimbangan Beach. This is important to do in preparation for the opening of tourist areas, because Buleleng has already is at level 3 and the case is getting worse," he added.

Meanwhile, regarding the development of the Covid-19 case today, Kadis Suwarmawan explained, the daily cases increased by 4 people, but more recovered, namely 8 people, there were no deaths and 32 active patients in treatment.

Cumulatively, there were 10,397 confirmed cases, consisting of 9,836 recovered, 529 deaths and 32 people being treated.

Mark apologized for the occurrence of users who could not access his company's social media and instant messages since Monday (4/10) night.

Previously, the main social media services Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp experienced massive disruption or down on Monday (4/10) night. Based on tracking sites, Downdetector glitches could potentially impact tens of millions of users.

As a result of the disruption, users trying to access Facebook in the affected areas were greeted with the message: "Something went wrong. We're working on it and we'll fix it as soon as we can".

The disruption was acknowledged by Facebook spokesman Andy Stone. We are aware that some people are having difficulty accessing our apps and products," Andy said.

Then Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp began to recover gradually since Tuesday (5/10) morning. This was announced by the Facebook engineering team.
